Christmas is definitely my favorite holiday and winter is my favorite time of year. It's not the cold that I love, but the beautiful lights, lovely smells, cozy vibes, and more.
When it comes to Christmas trees, for me, the bigger the better. A few years ago, I decided to upgrade our 5-foot Christmas tree to a 7-foot tree and I love it. I've even thought about going bigger, but I'm not sure I'd want to decorate a tree so big.

Our tree is prelit, which is my favorite type of tree. They are so convenient and make decorating your Christmas tree so much easier.
After looking at all of the beautiful trees in the collection I'm sharing with you, I'm now considering getting a flocked tree. I found a pre-lit flocked tree on Amazon that I absolutely love.

Choosing Your Christmas Tree
Decoriting your Chirstmas tree can be a fun and exciting time. However, that doesn't mean it can't also come with its challenges.
Many of us desire to have the perfect Christmas tree. That means choosing the right ornaments and lights, as well as arranging things so that the tree looks balanced and beautiful.

The first step to having a beautiful tree is choosing a high-quality artificial pre-lit tree. If going with a real tree, I recommend going with a Nordmann Fir.
This tree doesn't shed needles easily when it dries out, so if you like to have your tree up for a month or so, this is the way to go.

Add The Lights First
The lights should be the first thing that you place on your tree. I love pre-lit trees because the lights are already on the tree.
When stringing your own lights, make sure you buy enough lights to cover the entire tree. This will prevent you from making multiple trips to the store to buy lights.

Vintage Christmas Tree
If you love the look of vintage Christmas from the 1950's and early 1960's, you'll love this classic white tree.
Back in those days, people decked their homes with aluminum Christmas trees, bubble lights, and colorful ornaments. If families chose to go with a real Christmas tree, they covered it in silver tinsel.

Decorate the Tree with Family and Friends
Decorating the Christmas tree with family and friends can be a great holiday tradition to start this year.
I've heard some parents mention that they're particular about how they want their Christmas tree to look. So what they'll do is purchase a separate small Christmas tree for the kids to decorate however they'd like.
